I purchased a new diet book, Coach Yourself Thin. So far its very insightful.
Ive been skinny before, I used to love working out. Somehow between May and now I lost my positive relationship with food and exercise. I let stress get to me, the excuse of “oh I’m eating out, I can have whatever I want”, and the comfort of being truly happy in a relationship ruining my body happiness.
The biggest thing I need is to accept my body. I need to be proud of every inch of my body. That’s one thing this book will help with. Finding my way back to happiness with myself.
So here we go…
